Goodness in the month of goodness

The Beneficiary families registered with the Tzu Chi Charitable Foundation receive their monthly gift before the holy month of Ramadan.

The monthly gift had a special impact and a distinct atmosphere this time, as it coincided with the blessed month of Ramadan. Families usually need additional expenses to secure their needs of food in Ramadan, for this month is very special for Muslims, so they celebrate it.

Tzu Chi Charity Endowment management is always keen to deliver aid to people before the events such as holidays and others, especially the holy month of Ramadan.

This time, the distribution was for families who receive (4) BIM cards for two months, each card with a value of 100 TL.

The volunteers went out in teams and groups and spread in most neighborhoods of Sultangazi, bringing goodness and joy back to the hearts of families, young, and elderly.

Work in this distribution has been divided into two phases. The first phase began on Monday, April 12 when volunteers began distributing the gift to families in the Sultangazi area, where there are about (4,300) benefiting families. The distribution lasted until Friday, April 16.

The second phase is scheduled to start next Monday, April 19, in which the distribution will begin for the beneficiary families in Arnavutkoy, whose number is approximately (1,300) families.

This distribution also witnessed the first participation of the trainee students in the (Self and Skills Development) course, where they performed their volunteer duty, and it was also a good opportunity for them to apply what they learned and gained during the course.
